Hydrogel Research

Biopolymer-based Injectable, Self-Healing Hydrogel for Delivery of Skin Peptides

Systematically understand compositional variables affecting structural integrity and recovery or self-healing behavior in hydrogels. Development of nanoencapsulation technique to enhance stability and controlled/sustained delivery of peptides within the hydrogel matrix all while understanding skin penetration and release behavior via in-vitro characterization.
